Responsible gambling
GambleIQ Tracker is designed to help you record and understand gambling activity. It does not provide gambling services, place wagers, or improve the likelihood of winning. Gambling should never put your finances, health, or relationships at risk.
Practical ways to protect yourself
- Decide on a spending limit and a time limit before starting. Stop when either limit is reached.
- Never chase losses or gamble with money needed for essential expenses.
- Avoid gambling when distressed, under pressure, or using alcohol or other substances.
- Check your actual spending and losses—not only winning sessions.
- Take breaks and use available casino or platform exclusion and limit-setting tools when needed.
Signs it may be time to seek support
Warning signs may include hiding gambling from others, increasing bets to recover losses, borrowing money to gamble, neglecting obligations, or finding it difficult to stop.
Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). The National Council on Problem Gambling connects people to local support resources 24 hours a day, every day.

The app is a personal recordkeeping and analytics tool. A tracking log may help you review your gambling history, but it is not a substitute for professional help, financial planning, or treatment. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and past results do not predict future wins.
For immediate danger or a crisis in the United States, call 911 or 988 as appropriate. GambleIQ Tracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Council on Problem Gambling.
